Bloq has been around for a while, and they’re popular for delivering enterprise-grade blockchain technology, to companies from all around the world.
According to a recent blog post, published by BitPay, the company announced that they’re partnering up with Bloq, to provide clients with better services, and new features. Based on this, Bloq will now offer an improved implementation of their services, alongside with 24/7 support for companies that currently use BitPay’s development platform and full node to develop Bitcoin and blockchain-related applications.
For those who do not know, Bloq, also referred to as BitPay’s “preferred commercial partner for Bitcore” is a company founded earlier this year by a Bitcoin Core developer and BitPay advisor, to provide development services for individuals and companies willing to employ blockchain technology.
Additionally, companies using the cross-platform will also get access to native utilities, and the intuitive Node.js libraries, which can be used for further extending the functionality offered by the platform. Together with this, those who use Bitcore will be allowed to make direct function calls to the blockchain, but also create various blockchain services, for whichever purposes they desire. An example of a powerful application for Bitcore is the Bitcore Waller service, which allows wallets to make queries to the blockchain, at speeds that are often 20 times faster than conventional json-RPC API calls.
Based on everything that has been outlined so far, what do you personally think about this implementation and partnership? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.
